ContentFlow AI Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of our AI receptionist service and website at contentflowai.pro.
ContentFlow AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service that responds to customer enquiries on behalf of your business via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website chat, social media messages and other connected channels. We set up, maintain and operate the AI on your behalf.
Some channels rely on third-party platforms and services outside our control. For example, phone answering requires call-forwarding from your existing number (subject to your telephone provider allowing it), and messaging channels depend on the availability of and approval from providers such as WhatsApp, Meta and your calendar service. The availability, features and go-live timelines of any channel depend on those third parties and on you providing the access we need. We will always bring your service live as quickly as those dependencies allow, and we will flag anything that requires action on your side.

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@contentflowai.co.uk. No refunds are provided for partial months already paid.
ContentFlow AI is provided as a tool to assist your business. We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed bookings, or business losses arising from service interruptions, AI errors, or misuse of the service. This includes any interruption, delay or unavailability caused by third-party platforms or services (such as telephony and call-forwarding providers, WhatsApp, Meta, or calendar services), or by delays in you providing the access we need to set up or run a channel. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.
All technology, software and content provided by ContentFlow AI Ltd remains our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
